Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden, Taiwan, and in the future we will also ship to the United Kingdom.

To shop in these countries:

  • In desktop mode, select your country in the top-right of the site
  • In mobile mode, select your country at the bottom of the site

Shipping rates and estimates are posted during checkout. We recommend looking there for the most up-to-date information.

Please note: For international customers (outside the U.S.), product prices may include applicable taxes (such as VAT) based on your location. However, customs fees, import duties, or additional taxes charged by your country are not included in your checkout total. You are responsible for these charges upon delivery.

All orders come with a tracking number. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for tracking info to update. In most cases, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours.

If you submit an order while we're on vacation, we will process your order immediately upon our return.

If your order is delayed or lost, please email us at contact@janegoldberg.com. We'll do our best to help, but we’re not responsible for delays due to customs or courier issues once the item has shipped.

We do not ship to PO Boxes (for international orders) or countries outside the above list (yet).
