Refund policy

• Please send your returns to 888c 8th Ave #119, New York, NY 10019. Customers are responsible for return shipping, but please reach out if you have questions or a special circumstance.
  

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the delivered date according to the tracking number. Items must 1) be unused, 2) in their original packaging, and 3) include the order number.

After we receive your item, we will typically take 1-3 business days to inspect the item and original packaging. Then we will issue a return to the original payment method. Currently there is no restocking fee and there are no final sale items unless otherwise noted in the product listing.

If you return an item while we're on vacation, we’ll honor returns as long as they're postmarked within 14 days of the delivered date according to the tracking number, and we’ll start processing them when we're back.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must 1) be unused, 2) in its original packaging, and 3) include the order number.
